Office Assistant 2 Stores/Mail

o Order and receive materials and supplies based on the needs of building operations and projects. o Receive supplies and materials, processing counter releases of inventory to staff, make inventory adjustments in the AiM computerized work management system, and keeping accurate counts and records. o Monitor and ordering of the fuel and inspection cycles of the fuel tanks. o Maintain the vehicle record logs for the vehicles assigned to the facility. o Make purchases using a procurement card, reconciling charges in SFS, reaching out to vendors for quotes/proposals, etc.
Job Function

Salary Range:
From $39022 to $47968 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Current Office of General Services employee with permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service as an Office Assistant 2 and interested in reassignment; OR current New York State employee with one year or more of permanent, contingent-permanent or 55b/c service in a position allocated to a Grade 7 and above, AND eligible for transfer under Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
