Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to changing duties and responsibilities on a daily basis.
Strong communication skills are necessary.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities include:
Data entry and manipulation of data using MS Excel Role requires candidate to perform many tasks in a specific order, in a specific way, and to double check their work Candidate will spend about 75% of their time in an office environment (Admin tasks) and the rest of their time on the warehouse floor Minor lifting (Up to 20 lbs) Daily follow-up with both internal and external partners to ensure all opportunities, projects, and orders remain on time Process paperwork and reconciliation for orders checking for accuracy Ensure and maintain color standard matching Misc.

Administrative Assistant Skills/Experience required:
Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
Accuracy / Attention to detail is a MUST Good with Math and able to reconcile various information (Bookkeeping skills a plus) Work independently, as well as with a team Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment while remaining organized Must be able to follow multi step processes with variables Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines Must be a team player
