The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Directors and staff of the Day Program department.
Job Responsibilities Answer telephone calls & retrieve voicemails Assist with Residential Payroll Record meeting minutes Collect, organize and file documents Maintain Day Program Directory Reconcile monthly AMEX Place order for program supplies Schedule/coordinate requested meetings/interviews Create flyers, spreadsheets, documents/forms as requested.
Archive Documents Assist with obtaining quotes, coordinating and purchasing tickets for recreation/events Other duties as assigned Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Non-for-Profit experience a plus Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
