Summary:
Answers customers calls and directs them to the proper channels.
Handles minor customer complaints, organizes monthly jobs by location, filing, computer work, and work with other team members in the office to be more efficient.
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as determined by the Service Manager.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:

Additional duties or job functions that can be performed may be required as deemed necessary by the Service Manager.
Service Management- Taking service calls and directing proper person or to the correct department.
Review and confirm accuracy of paperwork and terminology.
Communicate with customer with estimate time of arrival and follow up of service provided.
Set planned maintenance with customer and efficiently with tech schedule.
Work with parts department to insure that parts are ordered in a timely and correct manner.
Schedule all training for technicians as required.
Focus on making every work hour a profitable hour for the company.
Cross train for all jobs in the service department.
