Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitor logbook) Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/appointments, luncheons, dinners.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing; scanning, uploading into ERP etc.
You are required to handle travel arrangements as needed by company employees.
Additional items/tasks which will be provided as a training and filled in during free time from receptionist role.
Order entry of sales orders into QuickBooks and ERP system.
Tracking and logging small package outbound shipments; Responsible for tracking of goods enroute to their destination ensuring any problems that may arise are resolved so as to avoid delays.
Occasional running for supplies, post office, etc (vehicle required) This position at times involves our top management, setting up dinners, luncheons, travel as well as customer and supplier visits.
This position is involved in our customer service processes as well as does work for accounting, sales , etc.
Outgoing and willing to give 110% above and beyond.
Problem solver with a take charge attitude Ability to work independently and coordinate directly with team members with minimal supervision Possess good communication skills, written and verbal Persistent and work with a sense of urgency.
Attention to detail and accuracy A MUST.
Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to adapt to changes and consistently balance competing demands.
Hours:
9am - 5pm (prefer that employee arrives 10-15 min early)

3 years (Preferred) Experienced in Microsoft products, Outlook, Word and Excel (QuickBooks is a plus) QuickBooks helpful Job Type:
