As the Administrative Assistant, you will support our organization's operations and contribute to its overall efficiency in the Experience Department.

Responsibilities:
Performs diversified administrative/coordinative duties supporting the daily business activities of the Chief Experience Officer Coordinates Chief Experience Officer's calendar to ensure commitments are met Assists the office of the Chief Experience Officer (Experience Department) Drafts confidential correspondence, reports, statements, etc.
Manages schedules and deadlines of ongoing projects Maintains department supply and equipment inventory Performs research for special projects as assigned Performs related duties as required
Qualifications:
