Responsibilities:
- Teach gymnastics skills and techniques to students of various ages and skill levels - Plan and lead gymnastics classes, ensuring a safe and positive learning environment - Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills - Create lesson plans that focus on developing strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance - Demonstrate proper form and technique for gymnastics exercises and routines - Supervise and ensure the safety of students during class sessions - Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential in gymnastics Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or students in a coaching or teaching capacity - Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, equipment, and safety procedures - Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and interact with students and parents - Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities - Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with children in a sports setting - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Background check may be required Note:
Experience or knowledge in basketball, childcare, martial arts (judo, karate), physical education, cheerleading, swimming, or climbing is a plus but not required.
