People's Alliance Federal Credit Union is looking for a new Member Service Representative who will assist our members with all banking needs including but not limited to:
answering questions about accounts, opening new accounts/CD's, online banking assistance, going over loan/account information as well as anything else that may come up in the course of business.
Employee will be located in Hauppauge, NY Responsibilities include:
Service members in a courteous and efficient manner Open new accounts/CD's Assist members with online banking and account questions Answer member phone calls with excellent phone etiquette Make contact with members regarding loan applications Establishes and maintains relationships with members while adhering to high service standards Cross-sell credit union products to all members Position Requirements:
Banking and/or strong customer service experience is necessary Effective interpersonal and problem solving skills Ability to work in a high volume customer service environment Familiarity in the use of a PC and a working knowledge of MS word and excel Outgoing personality High school graduate or equivalent Bi-lingual is required (English/Spanish) Branch hours:
