Seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a 3 plus years of experience in CNC machining, AND CNC programming. The candidate should have a strong background in industrial manufacturing or aerospace/aviation industries, working with materials such as metals or similar materials.Key Program CNC machines using Mastercam CAM software to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations, including milling, turning, drilling, and grinding. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements and select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy of machined parts. Conduct in-process inspection and quality checks to verify conformance to specifications and tolerances. Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Three plus years in both CNC machining and CNC programming (Lathes, horizontal and vertical mills, VTL) Proficiency in Mastercam CAM software for CNC programming or similar desired Strong knowledge of machining techniques, cutting tools, and machining parameters. Experience working with metals or similar materials in industrial manufacturing or aerospace/aviation industries. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
