The Quality Assurance Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities - Performs first piece, lot sampling or production inspection on PCB boards and electro mechanical assemblies, referencing detailed blueprints or specifications from the manufacturer or internal drawings, using inspection tools, gauges, and electronic test equipment.
- Perform visual inspections to identify mechanical faults.
- Inspection of ribbon, coax and military cables - Approves or rejects items inspected.
Writes DMR reports, identifying rejects and record defected data - Prepare, document, and implement procedures to support a quality management system.
- Performing / lead internal quality audits, documenting findings and generating corrective actions if necessary - Assure that the requirements of the Quality Manual and applicable procedures are implemented and maintained.
- Responsible to support all quality control department activities.
