The ideal candidate is proficient in the following job duties, which include, but are not limited to:
preparing and serving a variety of litigation related documents, such as answers, discovery demands and responses, motions, etc.
; e-filing in NY State, Federal and Appellate Courts; drafting and/or reviewing/revising correspondence, reports, etc.
; communicating with adversaries and courts as needed; transcribing attorney dictations; and light calendaring as needed.
Knowledge of preparing Tables of Authorities through MS Word is ideal.
Proficiency with MS Word is a must.
Knowledge of ProLaw is helpful.
