Support Desk Manager/Technician

This person should have the following capabilities:

- Ability to handle inbound support calls
- Remote support of clients at a PC Level
- Have knowledge of Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8
- Have 5+ years knowledge of Windows Server 2003 and up
- Have 5+ year of Microsoft Exchange support
- Experience with Connectwise a PLUS
- Sonicwall firewall Knowledge is a PLUS
- Knowledge of TCP Protocols, Wireless Networks, and working with networking infrastructure
- Blackberry, Apple, and Android device knowledge a plus
- Be able to troubleshoot and Repair Hardware suchs as Servers, workstations, etc

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
