Program Coordinator

Overview
As a Program Coordinator for CLEAResult, you will gain exposure to the inner workings of a successful, growing company in the booming energy efficiency industry. You will play a key role in supporting goal attainment for the Consumer Products Retail Outreach Program. Our team seeks to increase consumer awareness of efficient products, such as lighting and major appliances, used in our homes every day. We know that consumer purchasing decisions are strongly influenced by what the consumer sees on the shelf and what they hear from the sales associate. You will be a part of a team that will help initiate proven tactics intended to highlight the value proposition of buying efficient products.
Our team actively solicits promotional agreements with national mass merchant retailers such as (The Home Depot, Lowes, Walmart and many others). Coordinators will help with document preparation, data entry, compilation and analysis in support of these promotions.
Retail based programs also require a field support component. The Coordinator will help support our team of Field Representatives by providing and in some cases developing merchandising and training tools used during local field visits.
Utilizing your strong communication skills, attention to detail, and deadline driven approach you will provide quality deliverables to stakeholders internally and externally. Additionally, you will assist with tracking accounts and projects across multiple systems, report on them, and determine deficient information on a granular level - thus your experience with a variety of technologies, including Excel and basic database structure, will be helpful.
Your strong organizational/project management skills, professional demeanor, and ability to effectively manage competing priorities will round out your skill set for success. Finally, your passion for energy efficiency, data management, and "can do" attitude will make you a great fit for our high energy team.
