What you will do:
Greet clients and handle teller transactions throughout multiple locations while modeling the bank's values. Has the necessary product knowledge to answer client inquiries. Assist the Managing Director with efforts to ensure the retention and deepening of existing relationships and growth of new relationships.
+ $1.00/hr travel differential and/or travel reimbursement depending on change in reporting location for that day

Required Skills
1 - 2 years banking experience preferred
2+ years cash handling experience preferred
Addition to all CSA requirements the floater CSA must have the flexibility to work in multiple financial center locations in any given day and potentially outside of your Region
Must have access to reliable transportation to facilitate to working in multiple locations
Excellent customer service skills
High school graduate preferred
Ability to build and expand trusting relationships and partnerships
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Knowledge of banking regulations
Decision making skills
Results oriented



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
