Workplace Banking Relationship Manager Job Description The primary role of this position is to market and sell workplace banking products and services within an assigned territory. Responsible for generation and management of WorkPlace Banking opportunities through development of relationships with commercial relationship managers, business owners and decision makers as well as participation in community events and organizations. Develops new client relationships or expands current client relationships to provide banking solutions to the employees of the business client as part of their employer's benefits package. Responsible for developing a defined amount of new WorkPlace Banking relationships on a monthly/quarterly basis. Works with assigned district manager to coordinate event participation. This position plays a significant role in deposit and loanportfolio growth. oEnsures the successful execution of the Workplace Banking products sales strategy within the assigned region including continuous monitoring of the local competitive and business environment. Proactively identifies and develops business opportunities with the ultimate goal of increased revenue and profitability. oWorks with district Commercial Relationship Managers to joint call on current and prospective client base to deliver the entire bank and grow the deposits. Builds trusting relationships with line of business partners to ensure that the WorkPlace Banking program is well-integrated in the business, including incorporating WorkPlace Banking in client relationship reviews and new business presentations. oFosters customer relationship growth and employs a disciplined approach to prospecting and documenting calling efforts. Utilizes available tools to retain and enhance existing business customers, and pro-actively seeks new business relationships. Works with other internal business partners to refer and grow business relationships. oEnsures ongoing contact with new and existing clients to enhance client's experience with the Bank. Plans, coordinates, and conducts presentations accommodating the business scheduling needs at an employer's work location. (to close deal and/or meet with employees in initial and ongoing meetings). Grows new DDA households by successfully coordinating business onsite events to meet goals. oMeets quarterly with employers and commercial partners to ensure satisfaction with the program and secure feedback, in an effort to increase penetration of the employee base. Develop a relationship with front line leadership to ensure that the Bank at Work program is effectively in place within the assigned territory. This would include observations of onsite events, presentation at meetings, training and skill practice, and coaching sessions. oAdheres to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards, requirements, and policies. Ensures that new customer relationships consistently meet all compliance requirements. Job Requirements College degree or equivalent work experience. 5-7 years of relevant experience. Knowledge/Abilities/Technical Skills: oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills are necessary to effectively convey goals and initiatives to staff and management. Excellent customer service focus, written, verbal and presentation skills are needed to service, listen to, educate and influence existing and potential customers in a clear, concise and accurate manner. oAbility to cultivate and foster strong relationships with diverse groups of prospective customers, referral sources and internal and external professional contacts. Ability to be resourceful and comfortable utilizing internal and external contacts in the pursuit of new business. oIn depth knowledge of financial products and services; expertise in business products and services including cash management, business lending, small business loans, lending concepts and sales techniques. oExcellent PC skills including word processing, spreadsheets and internal loan and deposit systems. 11609BR

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
